Who conducts the wedding service?

Whether you prefer a traditional, civil, religious, formal or informal ceremony, Wedding Chapel by the Sea's ordained minister officiates with grace and professionalism. When planning the wedding, the Chapel's staff consult with the bride and groom about the style of ceremony that best reflects who they are as a couple.

What are the options for outdoor weddings?

Wedding Chapel by the Sea performs both beach and garden weddings. Brides and grooms will find on Wedding Chapel by the Sea's private grounds all the romance of the southern garden, complete with a gazebo and waterfall, moss-draped oaks, wisteria and azaleas. In addition, Wedding Chapel by the Sea will coordinate and conduct weddings on Myrtle Beach's beautiful beachfront.

If I schedule an outdoor wedding and it rains, what is the backup plan?

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor weddings can be moved into Wedding Chapel by the Sea's Blue Chapel or Ivory Chapel.

What are the arrangements for music if I have an outdoor wedding?

Wedding Chapel by the Sea provides music for all wedding ceremonies regardless of their location. If your wedding is recorded we professional edit your music into the video so it will be just as clear as your wedding vows.

What type of camera do you use to shoot the wedding photography?

We use a Nikon professional D series digital camera with its 10.2-mega pixels ensuring high quality images.

How can I share my wedding album with friends and family?

Wedding Chapel by the Sea creates for each wedding a password-protected photography album on our website. Anyone with whom the bride and groom share their personal password can access the wedding album on-line to view the photography or to order high-quality prints.

Are wedding videos available? How many video cameras do you use? From how many different angles will my wedding be simultaneously recorded? How is the raw video footage edited?

Whether in one of our chapels, in our garden gazebo, or on the beach, Wedding Chapel by the Sea captures every moment of your wedding ceremony with multiple cameras simultaneously. With our state-of-the art digital video system, we edit the footage from the multiple camera angles into a high quality multi-media heirloom.

Are the video cameras mounted or handheld?

To prevent any shaky or unstable images, Wedding Chapel by the Sea never uses handheld video cameras. The Ivory Chapel and our garden gazebo both feature three professionally mounted video cameras. Tripods are employed on three cameras for weddings at the beach and in our Blue Chapel. Wedding Chapel by the Sea's videos are professional in quality, not home movies.
